Remember the high tides of 8% interest rates last October? Well, they've receded dramatically, and with the FED's plans to cut rates thrice more this year, we're already seeing a drop to about 6.5%. Should the cuts continue, we might just witness rates in the upper fours, creating an irresistible lure for potential buyers.
